V. From 1975 to 1987

Saigon, around 10:00AM on April 30, 1975.

The three days-president of the Republic of South Vietnam, Duong Van Minh, called up all troops of the South to "throw down their guns and weapons". An important turning-point of Vietnam History began.

The District of Saigon along with the whole country - North and South, is immerged into a strong "changing life-style" tsunami: an invisible iron curtain fell down over and covered the whole country.
